Sales Representative

Job Overview

We are seeking a full-time Sales Representative to help expand our client base and promote our telematics and ERP solutions across Latin America. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, results-driven, and possess strong communication skills in both Spanish and English. You will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Latin America through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • Present and promote TSP Hub’s telematics and ERP solutions to potential clients in a clear, compelling, and consultative manner.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate with technical teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and account growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to follow up on leads, prepare proposals, and close deals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics in the LATAM region.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology, software, SaaS, or telematics industries.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Comfortable with remote work and virtual client interactions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to travel within the LATAM region if required.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in telematics, fleet management, or ERP software sales.
  • Knowledge of LATAM regional markets and business practices.
  • Additional language skills (e.g., Portuguese).
  • Background in technical sales or solution-based selling.
